How to Place an Order

• Note: all prices are in Australian Dollars
• Many of our products are available for purchase using our secure online shopping cart system This system allows you to browse the site and add as many items as you like to your shopping cart. When you are ready you can check out and pay for your order using credit card. The system uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the safety of the credit card transaction. If you need any help with the shopping cart system there is an FAQ here.

There are some products on the site that have not yet been added to our online shopping database. If you would like to enquire about or purchase any of these products then you can place an order using the alternative methods shown below.

  Payment:

  Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard are preferred. You may also pay by Money Order from your Australian Post Office in Australian dollars.

  Shipping:

  Within Australia -Minimum postage is $4.70 and Express post within Australia is $7.00 - 500gram satchel & $9.90 - 3 kg satchel
  Overseas orders will be insured and shipped via airmail or seamail.

Shopping Cart FAQ

Using Your Cart
Just like in a supermarket, The Crewel Gobelin provides you with a shopping cart. Once you've found an item you want, simply click the "Add to Cart" button (at the bottom of the "More Info" page). The item is immediately placed in your shopping cart, and will stay in your cart wherever else you go in the shop. REMEMBER You can always remove the item later if you change your mind.

Changing Your Cart's Contents
To see the contents of your shopping cart at any time, click "View Cart" from the menu on the left of the page. If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your shopping cart, change the number in the "Quantity" window, then click the "RECALCULATE" button to confirm any changes. To remove an item from your cart, simply enter "0" in the "Quantity" window, then click "RECALCULATE". Remember , you must click the RECALCULATE button for the change to register.

Placing Your Order
When you are ready to place your order, go to the "View Cart" page an click on the GO TO PAYMENTS button. You'll be taken to secure pages where you can enter your address and credit card details -- and then you're done!

Please note: If you don't wish to submit your credit card details online, you can also specify that you would like to ring through your credit card details

Ordering Problems
Older browsers (eg. MS Internet Explorer 3 or Netscape Navigator 3) lack the security features needed to view secure ordering pages. We strongly recommend upgrading to one of the latest Web browsers.

For overseas orders the GST will not apply on goods or freight.
