very popular new design. There are nine parts to this wonderful sampler, the
first two of which we have in stock and are now waiting to see what Part 3,
brings.
The
sampler has 106 motifs in total. In this first part, there are 10 motifs to
stitch.
This
project can be stitched on canvas or linen. The suggestions are Congress Cloth,
24 mesh in Ivory stitching with Appleton's Crewel Wools. Another version is
using 25 count Dublin in Cream and stitching with Needlepoint Inc Silk threads.
DMC stranded cottons are also indicated as an alternative.
The
instructions for setting out your stitching, along with excellent diagrams
(some in colour), of stitches to be used, are, naturally, included with your
chart. |
