The 'Anniversaries of the Heart' series released by Blackbird Designs in 2010 consists of 12 charts including two bonus designs. Cross stitch with some eyelet, lazy daisy and chain stitches are used in these designs.

These can be worked as individual designs or together as a larger sampler.

An alphabet and numbers are included so you can personalise your sampler to commemorate someone near to your heart.
